中文版 English >> Honor certificate 　 Wuxi Kecheng Precision Moulding Factory, is situated at Xishi Road of Xizhang Industrial Park at the north of Wuxi City, neighboring XiCheng Road and the Wuxi outlet of HuNing and XiYi Expressways in the north, and Wuxi Railway Station in the south, very easy to access. Its factory covers a plot area of 5500 sq. meters and its total assets amount to 30 million yuan. It is a shareholding enterprise specialized in design and production of precision moulds and relevant plastic products. It has over 60 personnel including a dozen of engineering and technical persons. Its twenty-odd sets of machinery and plastic machining equipment have an annual capacity of over 200 sets of moulds and 500-600 thousand pieces of engineering plastic products. 　　We mainly produce precision plastic moulds and relevant engineering plastic parts covering electronic and electric appliances for enterprises with foreign investment from Japan , USA and Taiwan , etc. Ninety percent of them are exported. Such as the interface for telecommunication cable of America TYCO Electronics; safety components for America Woshine Safety Equipment; PLC full series automatic control equipment casings and 5-15 inches liquid crystal touch screen casings, etc. for Japan Koyo Electronic. Complete quality control is implemented in the company covering all aspects from the order receiving, design, production, test and delivery. ISO9000 international quality system certification is in application and all product drawings are designed by PROE and CAD, and emails are used for information transfer, convenient and swift. Our injection moulds are dominated by engineering plastics, such as flame retardant ABS, PA, PC, PC/ABS, PBT, POM, TPE, TPR and PPS, featuring mature and stable process. 　　 In order to improve our product competitiveness, we normalize various managerial systems, and on the aspects of hardware optimization and allocation of resources, we have introduced and extensively adopt advanced manufacturing equipment and quality detection instruments such as VC850 digital machining center (Taiwan BENZ BMW ), F75 electric impulse (Taiwan Joemars), ARG04S (Taiwan Lih Chang ) universal digital display radial milling machine, ESG-818 precision tool grinder (Taiwan EQUIPTOP ) fully computer-controlled injection molding machine, 55T-300T (Taiwan CLF), Suzhou Sanguang linear cutting machine, etc. which ensure high quality of processed products.
